Remote Monitoring
Easily monitor your Visual Productions lighting system to ensure fast response times in case of issues or changing plans. The Purple Cloud platform provides real-time insights into device uptime, incoming and outgoing network messages, playback status, GPI levels, and device settings.
Project dashboard
Effortlessly organise and oversee your installations with the intuitive Project Dashboard. Group your Visual Productions devices into projects by simply selecting the devices, assigning a project name, and setting the location—all in just a few clicks. Once your project is set up, the dashboard provides a real-time overview of your project’s health and activity. Instantly check which Visual Productions devices are online, monitor all connected DMX and RDM fixtures, and view a comprehensive event list that notifies you of any changes in device status.

RMA Procedure
Our cloud-based RMA process is designed to simplify the entire process of submitting an RMA request, tracking progress, and receiving your repaired or replaced controller. Using our Purple Cloud platform, you can easily submit your RMA request online from anywhere in the world and track progress in real time. Our platform also provides repair status updates so you can plan your operations accordingly.
